Sounds like a charming idea. Do you have any particular location in mind...?
Out in the boonies, or in an urban setting? You might do more research into
this, because I know these things have been tried before. I think what might
perhaps make it different is the idea of authenticity, but it would be very
difficult to wean people off the idea of property ownership, unless this is
done as some kind of condominium or cohousing concept.

I would think the cohousing idea would be the most sensible, with a paleo
theme.

dress (ie                   little or nothing!) most of the time.
