I am interested if any one has experience of
improvement with food intoleraces after following a
paleo-diet. I have read about food allergies
improving by avoiding grains and adhering to a low
carb diet. What I am interested in is personal
experience. I tend to need to eat a narrow diet.
When I do, I seem improve in terms of my symptoms.
But I find I need to keep my diet narrow. Perhaps I
am not patient enough for less restrictive eating. I
find that in the summer it is more difficult to keep a
narrow diet because a greater diversity of food is
available and greater caloric requirements. What I am
interested in knowing is there someone who has been
eating paleo for a long time and has improvement with
food allergies/intolerance, or no improvement in these
areas despite following paleo.
