And most cereals contain highly-processed grains which are best
avoided.
I don't find nuts to be a problem, and I consider them to be paleo.

I try to treat breakfast as the main meal of the day. This involves
getting
up rather early, but paleolithic man probably rose with the sun also.
Some
early morning exercise is great for getting the body functioning, and
for
working up an appetite.

As for what to eat for breakfast... fish, game meat, raw or lightly
steamed
vegetables, fresh fruit... all the paleo foods are suitable.
