Butter, coconut oil, both of which are debated by some as not being paleo.  I am on the fence myself.  Nuts in moderation, flax seeds.  Similarly debated. The most paleo source is simply fatty meats.  Not so easy to find anymore, but worth seeking out.

Recipes?  Roast, boil or saute meat, add chopped vegetables to taste and carb limit, season as desired (sea salt, pepper, herbs, spices, fish sauce).  Top with a spoonful of lactic-fermented vegetables for probiotics. Glob some coconut milk in my Earl Grey. At least 90% of the time, that's what works for me.
