Its all very interesting.  Like everyone here, I learn more all the
time.  I too doubt the protein ceilings Rosedale advocates.  If you are
very strictly paleo, I'm sure you can safely go much higher than 60
g/day, probably 2 or 3 times higher.  Its just a hunch.    I'll be
posting the few responses I received from the "Open Letter to the CR
