I am an A1 blood that suppose to do well with low protein intake and I
have consumed 350 gr of protein a day for long periods of times. I am
still here and healthy. Everyone's intake is different. Do you actually
try any of these diets? Can you back up the claims that you die if
eating too much protein?

I think the chances of over eating starches has a much better odd.

That's still on the low side. The maximum protein intake that's safe
is about 3 grams per kg of body weight capped at about one third of
caloric intake. And you should ramp up to that level of intake over
a period of time to allow your body time to up-regulate the enzymes
that process dietary nitrogen.

If you eat more protein than that you risk consuming more nitrogen
than your liver can break down and then you finish up with ammonia
spilling into the bloodstream and that'll make you sick and kill
you if you keep it up.

Note that this is the maximum amount of protein the body can process.
I make no promises about it being the healthiest amount!
