I don't know too much about anthropology, but I saw
some show on evolution...

They explored the structure of LUCY (from what I got,
she's NOT a homo-sapien), and found that she must have
been mainlly VEGETARIAN judging by her pot-bellied
build and short body. Later, when the species
continued to "adapt and/or evolve", found itself in an
area where vegetation no longer existed... Or was HARD
to find -- Thus being mainlly CARNIVOROUS. This,
again, only what I understood, was the begining of
fosils identified as HOMO-SAPIENS.

Well, we know today that we are OMNIVOUR, so the
conclusion that I've made is that we're all very
different. Some of us might eat GRAINS and feel great,
others might get fat and feel bad. And vice-versa for
MEATS and such... I read some dude's book on Blood
Types... I don't think he's right on, but maybe he's
got some points about some people being mainlly
MEATATARIANS [type O] while others [type A] being
mostlly VEGETARIANS.

Perhaps the best diet is simply; PUT DOWN THE FORK!
Don't eat too much of anything. In our world today,
it's seems EVERYTHING is poisonous.
