>Is paleo the same as Neanderthin?
Realizing that NeanderThin is very flexable and maleable within a given
range, it does have a "default" type as given in the Book of Days.
"Evolutionary Fitness" is more Meditarianian, involves strict seperation of
fat and carbohydrates within meals, and is lower in fat than NeanaderThin.
NeanderThin is more "Fronteir American," involving not only large amounts of
protien, but things like bacon and suet as well. It can get a little salty
if you let it.
With some women, the preferences for vegitable matter take hold. In
this way, NeanderThin becomes a low-fat, low protien diet. This can
actually cause weight if the bulk of the calories come from fruit. The best
way to eat on NeanderThin for the purposes of weight loss is meat, meat and
more meat, with a bit of fat for dessert.
