Are you using the "hand" measurement? When I use my
hand or fist as a guage I come up with 10-12 oz. (and
I would judge my hand size as medium). Which means I
average *about* 40-48 oz. per day. Or, 4-6 of your
8oz. servings.

On a salad 2-3 oz might be ok, but as a "serving"? -
that's pretty silly :)
