because health and the science of hiding symptoms  and postponing death are
2 opposite things.
conditions of living being what they are without medical technology we will
have a genocide. I  myself will not be here to start with.
now being alive doesn't made me healthy ,i had to change drastically the
conditions of living that i inherited and reproduced .
Medical technology have been in the way of me taking responsability ( it is
so easy to take a pill )

without medical technology humans have been able to live healthy in old age
because they had to . Peoples now can afford to live unhealthy life because
we have good mechanics to fix ( on the surface ) the damage and prolong the
necessary outcome.
