After eating only food You are sure You are not allergic to (or fasting)
for some time (I don't know if hours or days), eat a lot of the food
You want to test, and see if You get any reaction. I think You will
have to repeat with increasing amounts, to start out without risk, and
end up with a rather sure answer.
