I've generated a listing of w-3 fat containing foods. I have extracted
all foods containing greater than 1% linolenic fatty acid from the USDA
Nutrient database.

The page is 113 kB, with 116 foods listed.

If anyone's interested I'll generate a list of foods with a 'healthy'
w-3 to w-6 ratio.

Butternuts are white walnuts.

Chia seems to be the herb sage.

The actual herb sage has an even more astonishing ratio of .43.
It only has 1.2 grams per 100 grams though, so you would need to
eat a LOT of it :)
