Tom Bri provided a link that has people's comments on game meats:
http://thehighroad.org/showthread.php?t=218428&highlight=armadillo. One of
the comments about duck and other game meats was that the fat contains the
"gamey" flavor. So I hope you don't mind a strong gamey flavor.
