I'm not fighting you, Wally.  And I agree with you on most things (such
as the benefits of high intensity weight training).  But the heroin
example, while extreme, is a good one.  Neither heroin nor chocolate
are paleo even though those who consume them like them very much. 
Liking something doesn't make it paleo.  Showing that it can be mixed
into a nice mole sauce doesn't make it paleo.  And if it aint paleo, we
shouldn't eat it, no matter how much we may crave and desire it.
