>I can go one better - how about cyclic eating for women?...

Judy,
Thanks for posting this. I too have noticed a cyclic pattern in my desire
for meat/veggies/salt/fat. I think I'll pay more attention to that and see
what's going on here with me. My problem is that when I am premenstrual, my
desire for chocolate gets completely out of control, and in the past few
months I have been eating chocolate sometimes. Bad, bad, bad. I think it
messes up the whole cyclic rythm. I have also noticed that since I started
having one glass of carrot juice weekly, my fertility signals are completely
obvious. Vitamin A is necessary for production of stretchy, fertile cervical
mucus. So whenever I go to Fresh Fields, I buy a Fresh Samantha's carrot
juice and drink it on the way home, it's a sweet treat. It's an immunity
booster, too. Ironic how I've made my body more fertile so as to better
postpone pregnancy.
Stacie
