...and I should tip my hat to you William, and other carnivorous members
here, because you folks figured out that was a good way to go before I did,
as did Stefansson, Dr. Jay Wartman, Dr. Stephen Phinney, and even Ray
Audette, who wrote that raw meat and fat are the healthiest foods of all,
though he rarely gets credit for that.

I certainly feel better on this regimen, and have visible health
improvements to skin, teeth and gums beyond what I achieved on standard
Paleo, and it will be interesting to see what my health stats come out to be
under this WOE. 

I'm not sure what my precise diet will be in the future, but it sure looks
like raw meat/fat/organs will be the heart of it.
