NOT including me.

500,000 years ago, no human being ate Cashews, because they were inedible raw.
Thus - if the Paleo Diet theory is correct - eating cashews has a fairly good
chance of being bad for your health.

500,000 years ago, human beings ate fruits, including blueberries, identical to
the ones that they eat today - the only differences being that by selective
breeding, a far greater percentage are larger, juicier, sweeter or whatever.

Eating a handful of blueberries today is not going to have any different effect
today than it had 500,000 years ago.

Certainly the effect on your physiology of the computer monitor you are looking
at right now is thousands of times greater than the difference between today's
blueberries and paleolithic blueberries !

People who think that everything in their life must be identical to the
paleolithic era, should sell everything and move to the Amazon immediately. :-)
