Can this page really be right, that pecans, macademia nuts and strawberries are
all free foods?  That is, that "they are essentially free of any impact on your
blood sugar"?

One cheat with carbohydrates sends my system out-of-balance for days.  Does
this mean I can eat these foods without fear of the consequences?
