This reminds me of a recipe book my sister brought me from Montana
about
9 years ago, it has recipes like Stuffed Possum, Chitt'lins, Pigs
Feet,
Liver, Hopping John, Green Turtle soup, Griddle Cakes, (like
pancakes),
Collard Greens, Sweet Potato Pie. Book is called Country Cookin' --
Unique Recipes From Days Gone By. Reprinted in 1978, but original is
1897. Has many more too, but didn't want to name them all =o]
