Couple of observations at the end of day ten:

1) At 45 years old, I've just discovered the joy of intense tooth  
sensitivity to hot and cold.  Very annoying when all I want is a cold  
glass of water.  Anyway, it's all but gone after day ten.

2) More importantly, I had a spot on my forehead that I was just about  
to schedule a doctor's appointment to have checked out.  It was about  
the size around of a small pea, though not nearly as protruding of  
course, and growing. Had been coming on for oh a couple of months or  
so. It was not a pimple or anything normal like that.  Something I'd  
never seen before in it's composition.  Anyway, it's 95% gone as of  
this morning.
