Please do yourself the favour of reading exact data. For example
http://www.thepaleodiet.com/articles/Final%20Fatty%20Acid%20PDF.pdf
Subcutaneous fat, adipose fat, kidney fat is more saturated.
But you can find a *total* fat analysis, including subcutaneous, bones,
marrow and organs too. Like in Figure 2, total fat of deer.
If you argue for a different composition, high in saturated fat, then
you'll have to assume that the other fat would have been thrown away.
Given the scarcity of fat in wild animals , this is highly unlikely.

Obese animals exist only for short times of the year (before hibernating
or egg-watching).
Obese animals are farmed animals.
Probably obesity in humans too comes when humans eat like they were
farmed humans.

Please read real data. Speak fact.
So you don't have to use words like "considerable supply" or "very much"
or "feast on" which only expresses your personal view.
That's boring.
I already know that you want to (or need to) live from farmed beasts
predominately.
If you want to call this paleo, than you need to stick to exceptions.
The "considerable supplies" that a male emu has for two months of the
year, or bears before they hibernate. And ignore that humans like to eat
the whole year through, don't hibernate, and also live and developed in
warm regions.

Eating too much fish oil bears the danger of AA depletion and imune
suppression.
Too much EPA downregulates the imune system (shortens the life-span of
test animals therefore).
Too much DHA ad EPA (above 12% of calories) depletes the brain from AA
(with severe consequences).
