I think that if you saw me you wouldn't think I was starving. <grin>
If my body was trained to live on 1200 calories it wouldn't be losing 10
pounds a month. My MD thinks this diet is wonderful and is encouraging me to
keep on.
He has seen a brakedown of the vitamins and minerals of the actual foods and
amounts I eat and said it looks good except I need more calcium.

My binge reaction is typical of an addict. I do not feel that this diet is
restrictive. I enjoy my food more now than ever before. I feel like there is
abundance in my life. When I ate wheat there was no abundance, just not
enough food to fill me up.
