I probably shouldn't respond since I'd smack my mama to LOSE some more
weight, but what they hey. For me, the thing that gets me fatter is
carbohydrates. What about lots of fruit and high-carb vegetables?

I'm fascinated by your story because of the price you paid for going vegan.
It clearly wasn't good for you. Yet ask anyone on the list: we're told over
and over again what we're doing is unhealthy, that our hearts will explode
due to all the fat we eat. I know I hear it. Yet I'm more than 50 pounds
lighter than I used to be, regulated my menstrual cycles, put my insomnia to
rest, improved my mental health and have picture-perfect cholesterol and
blood pressure levles despite the fact that I'm still a good 35 pounds
overweight. Stories like yours prove that vegetarians and vegans are full
of sh*t. More power too you!
