Experience will do it for us. We may differ from individual to
individual but usually cutting back on  carbs at all and eating  loads
of fat for a satisfied feeling does the trick. The vitamines etc need
fats anyway to be absorbed in the intestines.
I fell off the Paleowagon when I was touring Scandinavia with desastrous
results. My arthritis is back and I gained a lot of weight.  Now I'm
still fighting to kick the habit (spoken like a true addict) and the
more fat and protein I eat (within reason) the better the weightloss goes.
Calorie-wise I'm probably way over the WW limit but it seems to work for
almost all of us on this list.
