you can use any nuts or  oily seeds grinded and blended with water as a base
to replace oil in a dressing. it is way less processed than oil extraction
and closer to paleo in my opinion.
walnuts + garlic and parsley
filbert + dry powdered seaweed `+tarragon.
the possibility are endless and a good step toward less processing til you
find out that all this work is useless and that you can enjoye a salad with
only whole foods.
