Thank you everyone for offering explanations of organic meats.  I see it
is going to be very hard for me to find *real* organic meats.   I have
been out of town and am catching up on my email, and just now getting
around to responding.  There is a store called Trader Joes, *some of you
may be familiar with*, within an hours drive.. they advertise emu meat,
they claim it to be organic, yet, as someone had stated in a previous
post, labels can be deceiving.  I may need to be satisfied with what I
can find in my own area.  I will try the number for Kona Specialty Meats
that Kirt posted.
