You mention the Warrior Diet book below.  Is this book consistent
with the Paleo approach?  I looked at the Table of Contents on amazon
and saw milk, salt and cereal grains. Is this book well referenced?
What is Hofmeckler's background as far as in terms of writing a book
on diet?
