And any way you could eat ginger to help w/ nausea.  Chammomile tea helps
nausea too.

I find that tea and bananas stop diarrhea.  My raw diet dog list says that
winter squash stops diarrhea in dogs (well, it may be worth a try).  It
isn't paleo, but I would eat a little salt (on the squash?) to get the
potassium/salt back.
