Thanks Todd,  that makes me feel better,  before Neanderthin and
Phillips
weight training diet, I was at 47% body fat, now at 29.7 I feel pretty
good.  I had it done before with calipers and said I was at 23%, I
knew
that wasn't right,  this sound much more accurate.  My friends Anchell
book arrived and I can't wait for her to try it.  I think I will give
it
a go for a month and see if I can drop the extra 4% body fat.
