You might want to try the new chocolates that contain no/almost no sugar.
Look for packages marked 90%+ cocoa. I live in Montreal and it's pretty easy
to find because the Montignac diet is so popular, but there was an article
in the paper last week saying that these chocolates are the new wine, with
people looking for particular origins of cocoa beans, formulations, etc.

This chocolate packs a real wallop and just a small piece is usually enough
to satisfy a craving without eating a lot of sugar.

Not that I'm trying to encourage anyone to eat chocolate or anything...
