Except that they are exactly the same mental responses that cause people to
become vegans.

When presented with the literally millions of choices of the modern world, the
mind has a tendency to grab at methods to advocate something.

The thought "GMO is bad" is exactly the same thought as "meat is bad".

No difference whatsoever.
