i don't know about japan ,but i have a japanese friend that is a lot into
hunting and fishing ,and he will eat anything small or big that is a moving
protein . I don't know how he is representative of japanese mentality but i
supect that in japan there is way more choices of foods available that in
western country .In british colombia we are exporting to japan a lot of our
best proteins that are even hard to find in store here ( salmon eggs ,
herring and herring eggs ,our finest mushrooms etc...)
