raw anyway but i hope i will have some seasonning to mask its horrible taste
. free range grass fed tastes good on its own .if i had to chose between raw
grain fed or slightly cooked grass fed i will be in dilemma but probably
will try both and see what is best .( i am not into intellectually decide
what is best )

no . i will prefer from far eating a wild diet of true hunter gatherer but
cooked than a raw diet of domesticated foods .for me what is the most
important is foods with the least artifices possible .
cooked modern  paleo diet have some important missing ingredients IMO ( that
is the type of relationship to food sources )
