I go on holiday to Italy quite frequently, and I really enjoy the horsemeat that's on offer at the local horsebutcher's. I find that the taste of horsemeat is definitely superior to that of beef - unfortunately, due to local prejudices, I'm unable to to get horsemeat anywhere here in the UK.
