well, that sometimes happens when you walk right into the middle of what
really amounts to a long conversation, which, in effect, is what this is.
Just accept that you don't understand everything that's said, and don't
worry about it.  If you choose to stick with it, you will come to understand
what's being said.  Paleo dieting is in fact very, very simple.  Try to eat
as closely as possible to how humans ate during the paleolithic period of
history, BECAUSE this is the diet that we are best adapted to, through
evolution.  We are best adapted to it because it has been our diet for a
very, very long time.  What it comes down to is to not eat foods recently
added to the human diet (milk, beans, grains) and to eat food in approxomate
proportion of what was likely availiable to the paleolithic people.
Everything else is just gravy (grain-free gravy.  Perhaps thickened with
arrowroot :)
