Yes. There is a mailing list of diabetics using a low-carb diet to control
their diabetes. It's called LC-Diabetes, has 355 subscribers, and is also
on maelstrom. There is a book by a Dr. Bernstein here in NYC on using
low-carb diets to control diabetes.
