Same amounts, but a completely different (and much more favorable)
overall fat profile in the pasture fed beef.

The regular beef has n-6:n-3 ratio of 3:1. The pasture fed beef is 1:1.

Also, the ratio of total fat to n-3 fat is 780:1 in regular beef and
210:1 in pasture fed beef.
