I take:

CoQ10
Alpha Lipoic Acid
Vit E, mixed tocopherols in food factors
HIgh potency iodine
Thyroid
DHEA
Fruit and veggie powdered concentrates
Organically bound trace minerals
Bioflavonoids with a bit of C

Some of these will go by the board eventually, and some are not used  
every day. The iodine supplement has ben extremely helpful, and I  
think probably many of us, on whatever diet, could use a lot more  
iodine.
