Steak or chops left over from dinner the night before....
cut into bite-sized pieces....dump them in a container
with a fork.................quart jar of salad....leaf lettuce,
tomato, cukes, celery, broccoli.......little bottle with
roasted sesame oil for dressing........a couple of
apples.......half gallon of water frozen in an old
milk jug....keeps the other stuff cool, and water
to drink as it melts........this is what I carried in a
small cooler to the last Gathering I attended.......
they did serve food on the site, but it was all
pasta and breads......oh, yeah, I swiped an orange
off a tree, too..................maybe this is not all
purist Paleo.....but it sure was good to eat as I
watched other folks eating lasagna!
