Right, Katie, even the some of the spices, and some of the teas, have
unmentioned gluten in them.

I made some of Ray's chili using ostrich meat and put in some chili spice
from Whole Foods. The chili spice was cut with wheat and I got a huge gluten
reaction, had to throw the whole thing away. I ONLY use whole spices now
after too many such experiences.
