I am trying to increase omega 3s to help with inflammation of the intestinal
tract from the autoimmune response to the MMR vaccine.

Does anyone have any recommendations for brands of omega 3s such as salmon
oil? I found one bottle in my refrigerator from awhile back and  noticed in
the fine print it had soybean oil in it! Anyway, i was thinking of getting
some Solaray salmon oil.

How else could you increase omega 3s?
