David,

Your triglyceride/HDL ratio is 2.4.  Sears recommends a ratio of under 2,
and ideally under 1.

The following table establishes the relative risk of heart disease as a
function of the TG/HDL ratio

TG/HDL ratio                    Relative Risk
    1.4                                          ~1.0
    2.3                                          ~4.0
    3.3                                          ~6.0
    7.5                                          ~16.0

reduce the fat in your diet if fatty liver is a problem (possible given your
former weight).
