Bug Amazon to copy the Customer Reviews from the Hardback Version.

They do this with other books ( and then there is a little footnote
"this review
refers to the hardback version" ).

It's important - people are much more likely to buy the paperback if
they see
the positive customer reviews.

It's just a matter of some Amazon person checking a checkbox in the
software
somewhere....
