The point wasn't to go out and move around boulders, but to spend more
time involved in physical activity, as we've become much more sedentary
than our paleo ancestors.  Hard to argue with that logic..

I hear you, Mark.  But I think it can be argued that exactly the
opposite is the case if we're talking about endurance sports.
Endurance athletes are much *less* sendentary than our paleo ancestors.
 Overuse injuries aren't paleo.
