Peter Gail <http://www.edibleweeds.com/> has a directory of foraging
experts that he sells for a few dollars. But if you join this mailing list:
http://groups.yahoo.com/group/wild-edibles/, and ask there, he will respond
with the ones in your area. I'd also search the list's archives for
Ontario. You'll like the list. It has many of the experts that you'll find
with links on http://www.foraging.com/.
