Hard to say.  If the goal is to reduce exposure to insulin, then there
could be a pretty significant difference, over a period of weeks or
months.

I'm trying the EODF experiment now, so today I'm not eating. I didn't
eat Thursday.  That felt difficult around dinner time, then the hunger
passed.  Yesterday I ate more than usual, but nowhere near twice as
much, so it remains to be seen whether hunger will hit me harder today.
