Hey don't give up on the biking because of the cold!

I biked through last winter down to 15 below  (centigrade that is) with snow 
all around! IAnd, if there is no snow and ice (far more treacherous) it's a 
breeze! :-)

BTW, I'm a near-58 year old lady living in the very snowy and probably the 
coldest capital on the planet, Ottawa Ontario Canada!

Marilyn (this year I have a pinched nerve [originating from neck] and doing 
far less, however)

Unfortunately it has become too cold for me to rationally continue 
bicycling, so I am now relegated to "indoor training" so I don't lose my 
edge.
