The USDA database lists sunflower oil and sunflower seeds with
something like 40% omega-6 and 1% omega-3 fatty acids.

Also, such a high percentage of polyunsaturated fats makes it
a prime candidate for forming trans fatty acids.

I prefer to use a good olive oil for nearly all my cooking.
