thosw who do eat raw meat may want to check this out..i read that the amino
acid glutamine - which the brain can use for fuel - is changed easily into
some other amino acid [?] when heated, so maybe the 'zing' from eating raw
is due to this. I have not idea if this is true, i wasnt able to find other
confirmatino of this in my trawling.
