I tried some powdered stevia for the first time yesterday, and I was
wondering if anyone knew what exactally makes it sweet? I guess it's not
a carbo or you paleo-people wouldn't use it, right? It (the stevia)
tasted a bit like nutrasweet to me, I was wondering if maybe it contained
 something chemically similar to phenal-whateveritis?

 Thanks,
  Bryce
